You will be set up on our “Daily Hot sheet” E-mail notification system that sends you the MLS listings for homes that fit your parameters…the very same day that they are listed for sale! We track all the listings daily and stay in close contact. When a property of interest becomes available, we will get you in to see it as quickly as possible.
When the right property is found, your Agent will work to negotiate the best possible price and terms for you. Once a deal has been reached, Escrow will be opened. As important and exciting as these first few steps are…it is just the beginning!
